ARRIVE EARLY

Please make sure that you arrive 15 minutes before the class is scheduled to start.

Classes start promptly on time and we are unable to let you in if you are late.

FIRST TIME

All classes are open to all levels, whether you are a seasoned yogi or complete beginner.

You do not need to book in advance, you can simply arrive before the class.

STAY HYDRATED

Make sure you are well hydrated before class.

It is not recommeded to practice with a full tummy, so try to avoiding eating for at least 2 hours before the class starts.

WE HAVE SHOWERS

We have change-rooms with hot showers available at the studio for you to freshen up after your class.

Don’t forget to bring a towel if you are planning to shower.
