In light of the global pandemic we are currently facing as a society due to Covid-19, The Yoga Studio is closed until further notice.
This is a challenging time for us all, however as a studio we have come together to provide you all with online classes and meditations that you can use at home to help keep you grounded and connected to this practice during this time. Please keep an eye on our Website, Social Media Pages and Youtube Channel to make use of this content.

ABOUT THE CLASSES THAT WE OFFER
Vinyasa based strong & dynamic flow focusing on uniting movement & breathe, while working on building strength.
Heated & non-heated classes available.
Flow to Yin
Yang into Ying. Flow to warm & challenge the body before moving into a restotive practice of holding yin postures.
Great for all levels.
Heated restorative practice working on breathe, meditation & facsia release.
Uses props to help practitioners find comfort.
A non-heated more gentle hatha based practice.
This class is great for beginners.
NEW TO THE YOGA STUDIO?
Please make sure that you arrive 15 minutes before the class is scheduled to start.
Classes start promptly on time and we are unable to let you in if you are late.
All classes are open to all levels, whether you are a seasoned yogi or a beginner.
You can simply arrive before the class, however we do use MindBody where you can book yourself in to a class.
WE HAVE SHOWERS
We have change-rooms with hot showers available at the studio for you to freshen up after your class.
Don’t forget to bring a towel if you are planning to shower.
Make sure you are well hydrated before class.
It is not recommeded to practice with a full tummy, so try to avoiding eating for at least 2 hours before the class starts.
