Yang into Ying.
Flow to warm & challenge the body before moving into a restotive practice of holding yin postures. Great for all levels.
Heated restorative practice working on breathe, meditation & facsia release.
Uses props to help practitioners find comfort.
“The Stiff, The Old & The Broken”.
This class welcomes any kind of body, whether you have an injury, are a complete beginner or think that you are “too stiff” for yoga. All ages, all bodies.
A non-heated more gentle hatha based practice.
This class is great for beginners.
Please make sure that you arrive 15 minutes before the class is scheduled to start.
Classes start promptly on time and we are unable to let you in if you are late.
All classes are open to all levels, whether you are a seasoned yogi or a beginner.
You can simply arrive before the class, however we do use MindBody where you can book yourself in to a class.
Make sure you are well hydrated before class.
It is not recommeded to practice with a full tummy, so try to avoiding eating for at least 2 hours before the class starts.
WE HAVE SHOWERS
We have change-rooms with hot showers available at the studio for you to freshen up after your class.
Don’t forget to bring a towel if you are planning to shower.
